REFUNDS
All tickets are non-refundable.
TRANSFERS
General Admission Tickets may be transferred and do not require an ID to be picked up or the name changed on the tickets, please just bring the QR code to Will Call. Due to contracts with our hotel vendors and partners VIP and Inclusive VIP (iVIP) are non-transferrable. Due to contracts with special guests, Special Event tickets are non-transferable.
CREDITS
Credits are not offered for any tickets from The Camp Events.
SPECIAL EVENT TICKETS
Anyone purchasing or attending a special event must have admission to the main event that special event is attached to. Ex. If you are wanting to go on the Lennie James tour of Grantville, you must also have an admission ticket to The Camp Peachtree City.
If you do not have admission to the main event at the time of the special event, you will have to go to will call and purchase a general admission ticket (if they are still available) before receiving entry into the special event. If you do not have general admission your special event ticket will not be refunded.
PAYEMENT PLANS
All Payment Plans include a $50 per attendee fee for the plan. This is already factored into the monthly payment shown. Additional processing fees and sales tax will be factored into the payment in addition to the amount shown. This amount may vary based on Stripe’s fees and Fayette County, Georgia’s sales tax laws.
If you default (do not pay) on your payment plan, there are no refunds or credits being offered.
The Camp, LLC reserves the right to update these terms as they see fit at any time without any notice.
