What’s Included:

  • Spacious Booth: Your booth is equipped with a table and chairs, offering ample space to display merchandise and interact with fans.
  • Admission: Each vendor booth will receive 2 general admission vendor admissions. This grants you access to the event before VIP entry to ensure you are ready to sell the moment the event opens! This pass does not grant you VIP line access, green room access, or any additional VIP perks.
  • Electricity and Wi-Fi: WiFi is included through the hotel at no additional fee. Electricity not guaranteed.
  • Customizable Setup: Bring your own banners, stands, and shelves to create an eye-catching display that highlights your unique brand.
  • Prime Location Options: Secure a high-traffic spot near popular event areas to increase visibility and foot traffic.
  • Exclusive Merchandising: Showcase your latest collectibles, artwork, or unique products with opportunities to offer exclusive items or limited-edition merchandise.

Cost and Requirements:

  • Booth Fee: $250 for standard booths, with prime spots available for an additional cost.
  • Sales Taxes: Vendors must collect applicable sales taxes during the event. The current sales tax rate is 7% in Fayette County. Before the event please research and charge applicable sales tax.

  • Dates: May 23-24, 2026
  • Location: Peachtree City, GA
  • Setup/Breakdown: Vendors can set up on May 22 , and breakdown must be completed by May 24 at 8 PM.

Standard Vendor: Regular 8×8 Vendor Booth, includes 1 table and 2 chairs

Corner Vendor: Corner 8×8 Vendor Booth, includes 2 tables and 2 chairs, limited

Exhibit Vendor: 16×16 Exhibit Vendor Space, includes 2 tables and 2 chairs, ideal for vendors bringing their own racks, limited to 2 – cannot select location.

Featured Vendor: 10×20 Featured Vendor Space, includes 3 tables and 4 chairs, this package includes a very predominant vendor space, a social media announcement, a feature on our website, an email blast, and a 10 minute ad panel. Limited to 3.
