Email Blasts: Schedule an Email Blast to all of our attendees who have ever been to our event! Send the email before, during, or after the event. Before means before 5/22/25, during means 5/22-27/25, after means 5/28/25 and beyond. Email must be sent within 30 days of the event ending.
Social Media Posts: Schedule a Social Media Post to all of our social media followers on Facebook, Instagram, and X (Twitter)! Schedule the post before, during, or after the event. Before means before 5/22/25, during means 5/22-27/25, after means 5/28/25 and beyond. Social Media Post must be published within 30 days of the event ending.

Panel Stage Banner – Have a 3×3 banner on our panel stage during the entire weekend! This includes printing costs and you can keep it at the end of the weekend!
VIP Badge Sponsor – Have your logo printed on all of our iVIP badges!
Cosplay Contest Sponsor – Be the presenting sponsor of The Event’s Cosplay Contest! This includes your company’s name on the schedule on the website and app, your company’s name on a push notification telling people when the contest is, your company’s name on a social media post announcing the winner of the contest, and your company’s name announced multiple times during the contest!
